Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange for another product, or store credit. The item must be returned within 14 days of the order arrival in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as it was received. Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns if the item is not returned in the original condition.

We do not provide refunds, but we will issue store credit or offer an exchange for the amount of the order (excluding shipping costs if applicable). Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All sale items are final sale.

Out of stock items

In the rare event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email to let you know. You have the option to cancel your order for a full refund to your original method of payment or choose a replacement product.
